Kimco pays out more than $55,000 each year to people who refer candidates and clients. Over the years, we’ve found that our very best source of quality candidates and respected clients is through referrals. So we created the Kimco Talent Scout Program and our Client Referral Program. It’s our hope that these programs will encourage more referrals and show our appreciation to our friends for referring their friends!
First of all – you DO NOT have to be a Kimco Associate in order to participate. ANYONE who can spot talent can earn extra money as a Kimco Talent Scout. And there’s no limit to how much money you can earn! Just think of any talented friends you know who are looking for or may be interested in a new opportunity for an office, light industrial, technical, finance/accounting, or healthcare position, and encourage them to call Kimco or visit www.kimco.com.
When a friend you refer completes their first 100 hours on Kimco’s payroll, or accepts a career position with one of our clients, you automatically receive a Talent Scout Bonus of $50 to $300, depending on the type of position your friend accepts.
Talent Scout Bonuses are paid only for referrals who are not already in Kimco’s applicant database. If the person referred has already applied for a position with any Kimco Staffing Services practice or office, they are not eligible for this program. Talent Scout Bonuses are paid only for qualified referrals who actually register with Kimco, meet our hiring criteria, accept an assignment or position, and fulfill the terms of that assignment or position. Only one bonus paid per person referred. Kimco Staffing Services does not guarantee employment to any individual, and reserves the right to change these program rules at any time.

If we place a candidate in a full-time career position at a company you refer to us, we will pay you $300. If we place a candidate in a temporary position and they complete 2 full work weeks (80 hours), we will pay you $100.
The $300 referral bonus will be awarded under the following terms: the referral must include the name of the individual who is responsible for hiring and must be a new contact for Kimco. In the event that we make a full-time career placement that generates a payment fee, we will pay you $300 after our candidate has completed 90 days of employment. The $100 referral bonus will be awarded under the following terms: the referral must include the name of the individual who is responsible for hiring and must be a new contact for Kimco. We will pay you $100 after our candidate has completed 320 hours (approximately 40 working days) of employment.
