While Kimco enjoyed a solid reputation for quality, consistency and unparalleled customer service, Mr. Megonigal saw the opportunity to create specialized practices that truly catered to the needs of his clients and candidates.

During the next two decades, he expanded Kimco into one of the nation’s largest and most respected independent staffing firms, through internal growth and acquisitions.
