Kimco pays out more than $55,000 each year to people who refer candidates and clients. Over the years, we’ve found that our very best source of quality candidates and respected clients is through referrals. So we created the Candidate Referral and Client Referral Program. It’s our hope that these programs will encourage more referrals and show our appreciation to our friends for referring their friends!
How It Works
When you refer an individual who completes their first 100 hours on Kimco’s payroll or accepts a career position with one of our clients, you can receive a Talent Scout Bonus of $50 to $300.
Referral bonuses are paid only for referrals who are not already in Kimco’s applicant database. If the person referred has already applied for a position with any Kimco Staffing Services division or office, they are not eligible for this program. Bonuses are paid only for qualified referrals who register with Kimco, meet our hiring criteria, accept an assignment or career position, and fulfill the terms of that assignment or career position. Only one bonus paid per person referred. Kimco does not guarantee employment to any individual and reserves the right to change these program rules at any time.
