Tube Filling Line Operator

Location: Fullerton, CA 
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour 
Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday

About the Role

Join a dynamic production team where quality, safety, and efficiency are top priorities. As a Tube Filling Line Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly—ensuring every product meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor the tube filling machine and other line equipment.

• Follow production work orders and ensure components are staged and used correctly.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.

• Lead line clean-ups, changeovers, and line clearance during start-up and shutdown.

• Perform in-line quality checks to ensure proper fill levels, packaging, and seals.

• Accurately document production data, including lot numbers and expiration dates.

• Support team members, maintain a positive work environment, and adapt to seasonal production needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating tube filler machines (required).

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with detailed changeovers and process improvements.
