Transformation Program Manager

Location: Everett, WA 
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $62.00 – $67.00 per hour

Our Client, a leader in aircraft interior systems, is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to join the Aircraft Interiors Program team and play a pivotal role in driving change, managing development, and ensuring successful entry-into-service (EIS) for new airline customers.

This is a full-time, onsite role where you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to deliver certified products on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with internal functional organizations within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to drive program success.

  • Lead and support program cadence activities: schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), and decision reviews.

  • Ensure contractual commitments are met across financial, technical, and schedule performance.

  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and analysis to ensure compliance with contract and business requirements.

  • Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain to meet customer delivery schedules.

  • Lead decision-making in dynamic environments, applying critical thinking when information is incomplete.

  • Drive effective risk and opportunity management throughout program execution.

  • Prepare for and lead customer program reviews, visits, and communications.

  • Provide clear, concise communication and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with both internal teams and external customers.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (Program/Project Management, Engineering, etc.)

  • Proven Program/Project Management experience with cross-functional teams

  • Experience leading development programs through transition to production

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis and reporting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project

  • U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status (Green Card Holder)

Preferred:

  • People leadership and team management experience

  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk & Opportunity Management

  • Experience working with OEM suppliers and leading OEM development programs

  • Strong background in supporting complex aerospace development and production programs
