Location: Riverside, CA
Full-Time Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $24-32/hr. depending on experience
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sheetmetal Detailer to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production/Operations, and Engineering teams across our divisions to deliver accurate estimates, drawings, and technical support. This position is key in helping us provide cost-effective solutions for customers while supporting the continued growth of our company.
What You’ll Do

Create and prepare shop/production drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Assist with complex plans, elevations, and details under supervisor guidance

Perform material take-offs, develop estimates, and define scopes of work

Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Support lead engineer to ensure design intent carries through production

Research materials/parts and assist with purchase orders from production drawings

Communicate effectively and maintain accuracy in all documentation
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

SolidWorks Sheet Metal Certification or equivalent experience

Proficiency in SolidWorks (2016 or later) and AutoCAD

2–4 years of relevant detailing or engineering experience preferred

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorships available. -
Reliable transportation

Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
Work Environment & Schedule

Mostly office-based, with occasional time on the shop floor

Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project

No travel required
