Growing company in La Mirada, CA seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our Sheet Metal team on a full time basis. This is a permanent position with an established company with great salary and benefits package.

In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision sheet metal and plate parts used in a variety of products. This is a hands-on role that combines technical know-how, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Amada CNC laser cutting machines 

• Stage, load, and unload raw materials and finished parts.

• Monitor machine performance and adjust laser cutting conditions (voltage, gas, feed rate).

• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and alignment.

• Track and complete work orders in Infor system.

• Follow ISO and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of CNC laser cutting or punch press experience.

• Familiar with sheet metal flat patterns and G-code.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset.
• Must pass pre-employment background & drug test
• Must be able to work overtime as needed

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.

AA degree in engineering or related field a plus, but not required.
