Shift: 5:15 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Location: Huntington Beach
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00/hr
The Customer Service Lead will guide and support the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding service and resolve escalated issues promptly. You’ll work closely with leadership to improve processes, set goals, and maintain high team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Support agents with customer concerns and authorize adjustments when needed
Handle first-level customer escalations professionally and quickly
Monitor call/email queues and allocate resources to meet goals
Communicate with teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
Set team goals, track performance, and maintain morale
Model professional and courteous behavior
Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
