The Junior Staffing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by identifying, prospecting, and building relationships with local companies in need of staffing solutions. This is an entry-level, outside sales role designed for someone with strong communication skills, high energy, and the ambition to grow into a successful sales career in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, drop-ins, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce our staffing services and uncover workforce needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand candidate pipelines and deliver staffing solutions to clients.
  • Assist in coordinating on-site client visits
  • Maintain a professional presence in the local business community as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting.
  • A desire to succeed, meet targets, and take initiative in a sales role. 
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn outside sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clean DMV
  • Professional Presence and Demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (role requires local travel).
