Junior Staffing Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, drop-ins, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce our staffing services and uncover workforce needs.

• Partner with recruiters to align client needs with candidate pipelines and deliver workforce solutions.

• Assist in coordinating and supporting on-site client visits.

• Represent our company professionally in the local business community as a brand ambassador.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting.

• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional presence and demeanor with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation (local travel required).
