IT Support Technician I – Riverside, CA
$24–25/hr | 2 to 3 Month Contract
We are seeking an IT Support Technician I to cover a 2 to 3 month leave. This role will be onsite in Riverside, CA.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues (hardware, software, networking).
Provide end-user support including password resets and new account setup in Windows and Office 365.
Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
Deploy new user computers and support workstation setup.
Assist with installation, repair, and movement of IT equipment.
Work with Entra and Active Directory (AD) for user and system administration.
Provide status updates and support to the IT team.
Qualifications:
Experience in a helpdesk/desktop support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra.
Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues.
A+ certification preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
