IT Support Technician I – Riverside, CA
$24–25/hr | 2 to 3 Month Contract

We are seeking an IT Support Technician I to cover a 2 to 3 month leave. This role will be onsite in Riverside, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues (hardware, software, networking).

  • Provide end-user support including password resets and new account setup in Windows and Office 365.

  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.

  • Deploy new user computers and support workstation setup.

  • Assist with installation, repair, and movement of IT equipment.

  • Work with Entra and Active Directory (AD) for user and system administration.

  • Provide status updates and support to the IT team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a helpdesk/desktop support role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365.

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra.

  • Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues.

  • A+ certification preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
