Inventory Management:
Receive, log, and track all incoming materials, parts, and supplies into ERP systems.
Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure real-time visibility.
Identify shortages, discrepancies, and damaged goods, escalating issues to procurement and supply chain teams.
Material Handling & Distribution:
Coordinate movement of inventory between warehouse, production floor, and cleanroom environments.
Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled per aerospace quality and safety standards.
Support kit builds and staging of parts for manufacturing and engineering teams.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records for audits, traceability, and quality compliance.
Support shipping/receiving documentation, including packing slips, certifications, and lot traceability.
Adhere to AS9100 and ITAR requirements.
Cross-functional Support:
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of critical components.
Provide inventory reports and updates to leadership for production planning.
Required:
2–3 years of inventory, materials, or warehouse coordination experience (aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech preferred).
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in warehouse/production environments.
U.S. Person status required (due to ITAR regulations).
Preferred:
Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of AS9100/ISO quality standards.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
Proficiency in Excel and inventory reporting.
