Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
Position Summary:
This dynamic role combines marketing and inside sales responsibilities. You’ll help design and maintain our website, manage our social media pages, develop campaigns to increase conversions, and support our sales team with account management tasks.
This position is perfect for someone who is self-directed, creative, highly organized, and eager to make a big impact!
Key Responsibilities

Assist with website design, updates, and content to keep it fresh, engaging, and optimized for lead generation.

Coordinate with web developers or use web design tools to implement design and content changes.
- Assist outside Team and sales reps with product documentation, technical information, and proposal packages.
- Maintain CRM data for customer interactions, quote tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Follow up on leads from shows, samples, and quote statuses to maximize conversion rates.
- Work with Customer Service on various actions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, inside sales, customer service, or sales support — ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with web design tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).

Proven ability to manage social media accounts and create engaging content.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with CRM systems (Core, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
