Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist – Construction
Irvine, fully onsite
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay $33-35 per hour

We’re looking for an AR & Billing Specialist to manage high volume billing, lien releases, and payment tracking for multiple construction projects. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Top Responsibilities:

Review contracts and confirm billing/payment terms
Prepare and submit monthly billings
Manage conditional/unconditional lien releases for clients and vendors
Post and reconcile client and vendor payments
Track AR cash flow and follow up on outstanding invoices
Maintain organized records and reports

Preferred Experience:

3+ years AR/billing in construction accounting
ComputerEase or Deltek knowledge a plus
Strong Excel skills (vlookup/pivots)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
