We are urgently seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a respected non-profit in Inglewood. This is a full-time onsite role with immediate start and high potential to convert from temp to permanent.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle full AR cycle: payment application, reconciliation, compliance

• Approve and monitor ACH and cash payments

• Review AR entries for accuracy

• Reconcile subledgers and quickly resolve discrepancies

• Support process improvements and financial reporting

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• At least 3 years AR or general ledger experience

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

• NetSuite experience is a plus

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and team player
