Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM / Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Located in the Inland Empire. 
 

This position is Full Time, Temp to Hire  Position paying $18/Hr. plus benefits once hired.

The Accounting Coupon Clerk will validate and process coupons submitted by retailers for credit on account.

·         Learn and apply various manufacturer requirements for eligibility

·         Review coupon submissions for errors

·         Process credits on account

·         Submit billing reports to manufacturers

·         Customer research requests

·         Other various accounting related duties as assigned

·         Backup coverage for receptionist meal and break periods

This entry level accounting department position requires:

·         Intermediate written and verbal communication skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Basic Excel skill

·         Basic computer and keyboarding skill

·         Desire to learn / Opportunity for growth
