Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)  

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Location: Huntington Beach, Ca

Shift: Monday through Friday; 8:00AM – 4:45 PM

Job Description:
– Answer customer calls and actively listen to identify their issues.
– Build customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
– Enter customer orders and returns in ERP system.
– Troubleshoot problems and resolve a range of customer issues.
– Perform additional assignments per manager's direction.

Required Skills:
– Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
– Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to explain things clearly.
– Proactive problem-solving and reliable task completion.
– Strong time management skills with multitasking ability.
– Attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of responsibilities.
– Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Good judgement, discretion, and adherence to attendance standards.
– Ability to work with office equipment (computers, calculators, etc.).

Education and Experience:
– High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
– At least six (6) months of customer service experience.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
– Experience in manufacturing or ERP systems is a plus.
