Job Description
MediQuest Staffing, a division of Kimco Staffing Services, has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Specialist servicing the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by connecting exceptional people with great jobs while being rewarded monetarily.??Using exemplary customer service, Recruiting Specialists will strengthen relationships with clients and candidates to understand their staffing needs.

Daily Responsibilities:?

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local government laws and guidelines, as well as all MediQuest policies and procedures, with respect to hiring and selection of candidates
Determine clients? needs and place appropriately skilled employees on assignments
Receive, input, and process all client orders with complete job description and credit information
Assign appropriate pay rates for temporary employees and bill rates for clients within established guidelines
Ensure timely and accurate completion of MediQuest paperwork
Conduct arrival calls, performance evaluations, next action and job end calls on all client orders (unless this activity has been assigned elsewhere)
Communicate recruiting needs to Branch Manager
Document in temporary employees files all information pertaining to job performance, workers???compensation claims, and unemployment issues
Utilize Company system to track and document as appropriate

Minimum of a 4 year college degree or 5 years of full-time work experience.?
0-2 years successful business experience in temporary help or related industry.
2-3 years recruiting experience preferred.
1-2 years recruiting non-clinical medical positions preferred.
Strong organizational, verbal and written skills
Able to multi-task
Able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels and with prospective clients.
Able to quickly adapt to internal/external changes to meet corporate and client responsibilities.
Proficiency in the use and operation of a computer system and software.
