Wholesale Distributor of Organic Pet Food is seeking a Billing Specialist to Join their Phenomenal Team!

Billing Clerk

Full Time – Temp. to Hire
Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and Fridays (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Salary: $20-$21/Hr. (DOE)

Duties:

Auditing Promotional Bills
Resolving Billing Issues
Create Billbacks for Suppliers
Invoicing
Customer Service
Reporting
Other duties may be Assigned

Requirements:

MUST be Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Strong Ten-Key Skills
Excellent Organizational Skills & Detail Oriented
Ability to Multitask and Prioritize
Ability to Pass a Drug Test and 7 Year Background Check
