The Junior Staffing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by identifying, prospecting, and building relationships with local companies in need of staffing solutions. This is an entry-level, outside sales role designed for someone with strong communication skills, high energy, and the ambition to grow into a successful sales career in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, drop-ins, and LinkedIn outreach.
Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce our staffing services and uncover workforce needs.
Partner with recruiters to understand candidate pipelines and deliver staffing solutions to clients.
Assist in coordinating on-site client visits
Maintain a professional presence in the local business community as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting.
A desire to succeed, meet targets, and take initiative in a sales role.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn outside sales in a fast-paced environment.
