Warehouse Associate/ Shipping lead Needed in Foothill Ranch

Hours:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Associate / Shipping Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping, particularly with retail, and experience managing international shipments. This role also requires leadership skills and proficiency in standard office software.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage shipments, including routing through retail platforms
Coordinate and prepare international shipments, including creating and handling Commercial Invoices (CI)
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation

Qualifications:

Proven experience with shipping
Familiarity with retailer routing portals
Experience handling international shipping documentation, especially Commercial Invoices
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
