Growing manufacturing facility in Beaumont, CA is seeking a HR Coordinator for Training & Development to add to their growing team. In this full time, permanent position, you will make a huge impact on helping new hires learn and set the foundation for a successful future with our organization. This is an onsite position, working in the office daily.

Main Responsibilities
Administrative support will be provided to training teams, including handling inquiries and managing training calendars.
Conducting Training and development needs assessments.
Creating objectives for training and development programs
Efficient training materials will be obtained using various media and implemented.
Collaboration with subject matter experts will be carried out to develop and update training content.
Making sure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Helping to provide hands on training using various instructional techniques.
Training reports will be compiled and prepared.
Managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts will be trained and coached.
Company communications will be developed and maintained to ensure employees are aware of training and development events and resources.
Follow-up studies of all completed training will be conducted to evaluate and measure results, and programs will be modified as needed.
Effective teamwork with other members of management and including HR staff.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience creating/ implementing training programs in a manufacturing setting
Bachelors Degree or higher degree required
Developing, maintaining and managing a training budget
