Growing manufacturing facility in Brea, CA is hiring an experienced Stamping Designer to add to their team. this is a full time permanent position with great company culture and benefits.

SUMMARY:
Working under the direction of an engineer, you will use software to convert the designs of engineers into technical drawings.

Interpret rough sketches and engineer specifications
Specify dimensions, materials, and procedure
Utilize 2D or 3D CAD for tool design
Will collaborate with other departments and design products with manufacturing in mind

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of AutoCAD or Solidworks
Must have stamping experience
High school diploma, or GED
2-year college degree in drafting or technical training
AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS/Logopress3
Detail-oriented
Great communication skills both verbal and written
Strong math skills
Able to meet deadlines
