Job Title: Senior Accountant 

Location: Anaheim, CA

Salary Range: $85,000 to $90,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant for our client located in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and financial analysis, along with a proactive approach to process improvement and collaboration. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.
• Analyze financial statements and provide oversight to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and correct reporting errors, offering recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate departmental expenses to support budget adherence.
• Provide support during external financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in multi-state sales and use tax filings.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in working with databases and financial systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
