What You’ll Do:

• Lead multiple new product development (NPD) and internal R&D programs.

• Manage integrated product teams (IPTs) through all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

• Oversee project planning, risk management, cost control, and program execution.

• Lead project status meetings, gate reviews, and provide regular program updates to leadership.

• Support proposal efforts including statement of work (SOW) development, cost estimating, and scheduling.

• Mentor and support junior program managers and project engineers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with 5+ years leading new product development programs.

• Strong background in aerospace, defense, or commercial industries.

• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and program management tools; experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred).

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with strategic planning, business development, and proposal management.

• Familiarity with aerospace contracting, procurement requirements, and cross-functional team leadership.
