We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role is a key contributor within the FP&A team and will play a leadership role in supporting financial planning efforts, providing insightful analysis, and guiding junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of the annual capital and operating budgets in collaboration with business unit leaders
Conduct monthly actual vs. budget variance (flux) analyses and provide detailed write-ups
Develop and maintain the company’s 5-year forecast model
Analyze key metrics including ROE and ROR for both actual and projected results
Support preparation of quarterly board packages and reporting deliverables
Provide analytical support for new business opportunities and potential acquisitions
Model “what if” financial scenarios and update forecasts accordingly
Analyze EPS expectations versus internal forecasts and support gap analysis
Track company and peer stock performance metrics
Provide data for quarterly audit requests and regulatory filings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical thinking with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
