We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Aerospace Design Engineer to join our team! in Corona, CA.  In this role, you’ll drive the design, development, and support of innovative fluid control and actuation products for the aerospace industry. This is a full time, permanent company with an established company.

What You'll Do:

• Design complex, highly engineered fluid control and actuation products.

• Lead product development, technical reviews, and engineering documentation.

• Support supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct tolerance stack-ups, stress analysis, and support product testing and troubleshooting.

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce product and process variation.

• Review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and support MRB and CCB activities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

• Expert in close-tolerance machined parts, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and SolidWorks CAD.

• Strong background in hydraulic and/or pneumatic product design.

• Knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and finishes.

• Familiar with DFMEA, VAVE, DFM, and Risk Assessment tools.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Project Engineering, EPDM, MathCAD, Simulink, ANSYS, and hydraulic/pneumatic test setups.

• Familiarity with aerospace standards like MIL-STD-810 or RTCA-DO-160.
