We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company located in South Orange County.

This will be a hybrid opportunity.

Key Duties for the Senior Accountant:

• Responsible for the monthly close process, including the booking of the journal entries and the balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciliation of the sub-ledgers for all GL accounts
• Responsible for bank reconciliations, monthly GL account reconciliations, prepaids and other intercompany accounts
• Calculations and preparing of royalty billings and payments
• Intercompany company reconciliations 
• Quarterly and yearly audits and handling foreign currency
• Month-end close and monthly financials 

Key Requirements for the Senior Accountant:

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance
• MBA and CPA is strong preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookup/pivots/formulas/if statements)
• Strong GAAP and IFRS technical accounting 
• Foreign currency experience highly desired
