Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 per year + great benefits including medical, dental vision, 401k, PTO.
We’re looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead our morning shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. If you have strong leadership skills and experience managing inventory, shipping, and a team, we want to hear from you! This is a full time, permanent position with excellent salary and benefits.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee inventory management and stock accuracy
- Manage shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Track performance and implement process improvements
What You Need:
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize operations
- Excellent communication skills
Work Environment:
- Mix of office and warehouse work
- Some physical activity (walking, lifting up to 15 lbs.)
- Fast-paced environment with seasonal temperature changes
