Growing manufacturing facility located in Schaumburg, IL is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to add to our team! This is a full time, permanent position with benefits. 

Daytime hours 8am-5pm.

In this role you will handle a variety of administrative duties  such as documenting customers’ service requests, Service Technician support, data entry, report generation, and  commission reports.

The position involves 70% of the work spent in Administrative support and approximately 30% of the time doing data entry to update files and records. 

 

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:

  • Respond to message and emails in a professional manner.

  • Provide administrative assistance for the Service Department

  • Answer incoming service calls daily to schedule appointment or help customer with solving issues.

  • Disperse all request for service or technical support to the proper territory.

  • Provide Work Order numbers to Technicians.

  • Receive and store billable service POs from customers.

   

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent

  • 2 + years experience in a similar administrative role

  • Accurate Data Entry

  • MS Word and Excel

Salary range depends on experience $40k- $42k/yr. + benefits
