We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Account Associate to join our Irvine headquarters. This role will primarily support account management and sales operations, while remaining flexible to assist with occasional field visits or trade shows. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a sales support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as a liaison for existing customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and support
– Assist with the full order lifecycle in coordination with operations and logistics teams
– Maintain and organize customer data in CRM/ERP systems
– Monitor and support account performance, including tracking purchase history and engagement
– Support digital marketing efforts (e.g., email campaigns, follow-up outreach)
– Assist with trade show logistics and attend field visits as needed
– Collaborate with regional sales staff, including our independent sales representative
Qualifications:
– 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer service
– Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
