Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Location: Anaheim, CA
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Your Role:
- Source and recruit candidates for various requisitions (temporary, temporary to hire, and direct placement)
- Receive, input, and process all client orders with complete job description, credit, and safety information
- Conduct prescreens and candidate interviews daily via phone, zoom, or in-person.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and documentation in the company applicant tracking system
- Recruiting on various job boards and social media sites
- Communicate with clients regarding their job openings
What You Need to Be Successful:
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting/staffing industry
- At least 3 years of experience of recruiting experience, specifical for clerical/administrative, skilled industrial and warehouse positions
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication abilities
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with associates and clients at all levels
