Title: QC Technician Location: Anaheim, CA Hours: 6am – 2:30 pm Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the Quality Control (QC) department in maintaining product quality by performing tests, inspections, audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
Job Functions:
Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process and final inspection
Conduct visual, mechanical and functional tests
Use measuring tools to verify dimensions, tolerances and functionality
Document records, test data and inspection reports using Excel and ERP (Sage)
Assist in calibration and equipment maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience in Quality Control
Must be proficient in using Excel to document data; SAGE is preferred but not required
Able to use measuring tools such as; micrometers, calipers and gauges.
