We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Administrator for a temporary role for our client up in the San Gabriel Valley area. This position will be working onsite.
Pay up to $27.00 per hour
Key Duties for the Project Coordinator/Administrator:
Review the completeness and accuracy of job closing packages to ensure compliance with internal standards
Perform cost and budget analysis of projects
Prepare cost summaries for work orders pending closure
Handle journal entries for finalizing closed work orders
Generate final cost statements for completed new business projects
Key Requirements for the Project Coordinator/Administrator:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
3+ years of experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably in utilities or construction industries
Proficiency in Excel (vlookup/pivot tables) and any large ERP system like SAP
Ability to interpret technical construction documents such as as-built drawings
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
