Process Technician-Injection Molding

1st Shift: 7:00 am to 4:15 pm
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 12:30 am
Pay Range: $26-35 per hour depending on experience level.
Key Responsibilities:
– Set up for tests, including mold and auxiliary equipment setup
– Ensure desired quality and optimal cycle time for each mold
– Test molds according to procedures
– Update process book to document parameters and setup requirements
– Verify dimensions and cosmetic requirements
– Start and troubleshoot production molding machines
– Perform line clearance at the end of production runs
– Conduct preventive maintenance and documentations for molding machines
Requirements:
– Solid injection mold processing experience
– Previous experience in molding machine setup, start-up, and processing
– Experience in insert molding and over molding
– Experience with hot sprue and complex molds with multiple slide actions
– Knowledge of hot runner molds is a plus
– Basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
– Experience in ERP or willingness to learn IQMS
– Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
– Ability to lift, move, or push up to 55 pounds as needed
