Pay Rate: $61.75/hr
Shift: 7 Day/Week Availability – 8AM-6PM PST(8 Hour Shift)
Job Duties for Pharmacist:
- 4+ years' of Clinical Pharmacy experience
- Review of prior authorization requests, creates protocols for Medication analysis, oversees clinical programs
- Managed Care or PBM experience is preferred
- California State Pharmacy License and Pharm D (valid/unrestricted)
