Payroll Specialist – Full-Cycle Payroll – Direct Hire
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $70,000 to $75,000
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

A stable company in Santa Ana is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This is a full-time onsite role focused on full-cycle payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Run full-cycle weekly payroll for about 160 employees
Ensure accurate data entry, processing, and compliance with payroll laws
Handle garnishments, tax withholdings, and reporting
Assist with the transition and setup in Paycom payroll system
Support HR and accounting teams during changes and cross-training

What You Need:

3+ years of strong experience processing full-cycle payroll independently
Paycom experience highly preferred
Familiarity with California payroll regulations
Certified/prevailing wage or union payroll experience is a plus (not required – client will train)
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
