Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year depending on experience level
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00am start time
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager (to oversee key departments, drive efficiency, and improve overall business performance. This role will lead Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Quality Control, and Production to ensure smooth operations, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, USDA, SQF, etc.)
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost controls
- Lead process improvements and innovation initiatives
- Mentor and develop team members to drive success
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or consumer goods
- Experience with ERP systems (Redzone, NetSuite preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and industry compliance standards
- Experience with wastewater management is a plus
Work Environment:
Work in both office and production areas (exposure to noise, cold temps, PPE required)
Balance between hands-on management and strategic planning
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
