Now hiring! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for someone with general office experience who enjoys a variety of tasks and a steady workday.

Position: Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: La Puente, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 p/h DOE



Job Duties:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks (filing, organizing documents, etc.)
  • Handling basic clerical duties including scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Supporting accounting functions as needed 


Requirements:
  • Prior administrative/general office experience (2+ years minimum)
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
