Manufacturing Engineer
Apply NowWe’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our Huntington Beach, CA team! If you love solving production challenges, improving processes, and working closely with an energetic team, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role, you will:

Support and implement improvements to boost quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Help design layouts for machining, assembly, and material handling operations.

Analyze manufacturing processes and suggest improvements using data and engineering techniques.

Assist with designing fixtures, jigs, and custom tools to enhance safety and workflow.

Work with leads, operators, and supervisors to solve production floor challenges.

Help document standard work procedures and optimize manufacturing layouts.
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred).

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods is preferred.
What you’ll need:

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Comfort working on the production floor (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver around equipment).

Willingness to travel to suppliers when needed.
