Maintenance Coordinator – 1st Shift

Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hr DOE

We’re hiring a Maintenance Coordinator for a fast-paced production facility in the City of Industry. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance and repair work using CMMS

• Coordinate technician assignments and daily priorities to keep production on pace

• Manage parts inventory, inventory, order supplies, and track usage

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records

• Support compliance with GMP’s and safety procedures

• Act as the hub between maintenance, production teams, and outside vendors

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in manufacturing support or maintenance coordination / support role

• Experience with Excel and comfortable navigating CMMS or similar systems
• Familiarity with maintenance systems and spare part inventory management 

• Great communicator who can coordinate across multiple departments

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus
