What You'll Do:

  • Call warm leads only (no cold calls!)

  • Quickly assess if the caller qualifies for a legal case

  • Gather detailed intake information with professionalism

  • If qualified, ask for the retainer and transfer to a closer

  • Handle sensitive information with accuracy and care


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years in legal intake, sales, or high-volume call center roles

  • Excellent communication & active listening skills

  • High attention to detail—accuracy matters

  • Dependable and punctual (no time for slackers!)
