Legal Assistant Location: Anaheim, CA Pay Range: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to a Corporate Attorney and legal department. Responsibilities include:
Calendar Management:
Managing attorney’s schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, sending reminders, and coordinating with company employees and third parties
File Management:
Maintaining organized electronic and physical files, retrieval, and updating of legal documents.
Correspondence Handling:
Answering and directing phone calls, managing email communications, and preparing responses to routine inquiries from employees and third parties.
Meeting Support:
Arranging meeting logistics.
Billing and Expense Management:
Attending to the payment of third-party invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining records of such payments.
Confidentiality:
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all legal documents, information, and internal matters.
Required skills and qualifications:
Proficient computer skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite
