Position: In-Person Customer Service Representative – Showroom

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Location: Santa Ana, Ca

Shift: Tues-Sat; 9:00am to 6:00pm

Summary:
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a retail showroom by providing detailed product information, influencing purchase decisions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Gather customer needs/wants information.
– Create kitchen floor plans and quotes.
– Review plans with customers for accuracy and satisfaction.
– Assist customers in the Vanities department with questions and quotes.
– Conduct customer stock checks and quotes.
– Complete special orders and mandatory paperwork for sales.
– Maintain showroom displays and set up new ones.
– Answer incoming calls and act as a backup cashier.
– Provide training and support to new associates on product knowledge and sales procedures.
