Job Title:  HRIS Coordinator
Summary:  The HRIS Coordinator will be someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty in the necessary components of the day to day operation of the HR function.  This person will be an amazing problem solver, is comfortable wearing many hats, and can pivot at a moment’s notice while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.  This role is 100% onsite.
Location:  Gardena, CA.
Pay: $35
Job Class: 3 month contract
Essential Functions:
  • Work with People Ops Lead on organizing and managing all digital personnel files as part of a large-scale project including developing and comprehensive file organization system, migration existing files, ensuring data integrity and privacy
  • Support the day-to-day functions of the People department, including HRIS administration, onboarding and offboarding, compliance auditing and ad hoc reporting
  • Administer, maintain and audit HRIS and other HR-related systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and system functionality.
  • Administrator for all employee lifecycle changes including new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions
  • Lead the onboarding systems process including collection of all new hire documentation, IT notification, I9 documentation, etc., ensuring a seamless experience for new hires, and enhancing engagement and retention.
  • Mange offboarding procedures, including processing employee separations, paperwork, coordinate exit interview and coordinate final check to preserve positive employer branding and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR Coordinator experience
  • Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality – exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule to accommodate some overtime, if needed
  • Preferred – Experience with LOAs
  • Preferred – knowledge and experience using Confluence and Jira
