Established manufacturing facility located in in Chino, CA is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team . The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of HR practices, expertise in payroll processing, and fluency in both English and Spanish. This focus of this position will be coordinating a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring precise weekly payroll processing before the deadline.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process weekly payroll
Administer employee benefit programs
Manage insurance policies
Help develop and enforce company policies
Resolve employee relations and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
Update and maintain employee handbook and policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and OSHA regulations
Handle reporting and administration of workers' compensation claims
Oversee Safety Training program
Recruit and screen job candidates
Handle new hire and termination paperwork
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of payroll experience
5+ years of HR experience
Bilingual English & Spanish
Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively
MS Office
HRIS system knowledge
Must be able to work in the Chino office daily M-F
