We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our HR team in various capacities, from recruiting and onboarding new employees to handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for human resources and strong organizational skills.

Job Title: HR Generalist – 1st

Pay: $32 – $38 per hour (D.O.E)

Location: Costa Mesa, Ca

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Overview:
Support the HR team with various tasks, including interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR policies, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding, employee training, and HR policy updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and management to maintain standards.
• Manage benefits administration.
• Support planning of employee events and handle administrative inquiries.
• Supervise non-medical personnel and handle evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-2 years of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
