Summary
We’re seeking a seasoned General Manager with deep experience in decorated apparel operations. This is a rare opportunity to take a solid foundation and help build a long-term, systems-driven company. You’ll work side-by-side with ownership to implement structured processes, lead daily operations, and uphold our positive, high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do

Oversee daily production across all decoration and finishing departments

Lead and develop production teams and supervisors

Finalize and implement systems rooted in E-Myth business principles

Maintain clear communication across a bilingual (English/Spanish) workforce

Drive continuous improvement in workflow, quality, and performance

Monitor production metrics, labor efficiency, and cost controls

Champion our values and help scale the business responsibly
Qualifications:

5+ years of senior management in high-volume decorated apparel production

Deep technical expertise in screen printing, embroidery, DTF, sublimation, and retail finishing

Hands-on experience implementing structured business systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Strong leadership, financial acumen, and team-building skills
