Forklift Operator Positions – Join Our Team in Redlands!

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $19.00 – $21.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: $19.50 – $22.00/hr.

Job Overview:
Operate forklifts to move, stock, and load/unload products. Flexibility to assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Ideal for those with recent forklift experience looking for a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, load, and unload trailers using various forklifts (Cherry Picker, Reach, Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Turret, Clamp Forklift, or Electric Pallet Jack).
• Stock or replenish products efficiently while operating assigned equipment.
• Confirm order accuracy, counting and managing inventory as needed.
• Use an RF scanner to perform all job-related tasks.
• Be flexible to assist with General Labor tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Recent forklift experience.
• Availability for overtime and weekends.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
