Growing distribution facility in Henderson, NV is seeking a skilled Distribution Manager for our warehouse operations. This is a full time; permanent position with benefits and we are interviewing immediately.

Main Duties:

Maintaining a positive workplace morale
Hands on leadership
Employee relations
Tardiness and attendance
Timecard approvals
Scheduling
Process improvement
Assisting in implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Overseeing Warehouse Leads in various departments
Process improvement
Hands on leadership (this role is largely spent on the floor, not sitting behind a desk all day)
Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus
Strong communication skills with your team and other departments
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
MS Office (Word, Excel)
WMS
Forklift, RF Scanner, Pallet Jack, etc.

Salary Range: Depends on experience $80-90k/yr.+ benefits
